NOTICE: Due to COVID-19, the USPS is experiencing shipping delays throughout the country. Please add a minimum of 1-2 days to your shipping expectations until further notice. Our operations are still fully functioning, but we have no control over how fast you receive your order once it has left our possession.

Can i cancel an order once I paid?

No, Once paid all orders are processed. If you are unhappy with your purchase you can send it back with in 14 business days for store credit.items MUST be received within 14 business days to get the refund, NO EXCUSES. Track your package to stay on top of its delivery as we dont know when youre sending things back.
 

Can I change the shipping address on my order? 

Once an order is placed it cannot be changed by the customer. If needed for emergency change email Cowhideandwhiskeyllc@gmail.com and we'll do our best to correct it, but there isn't a guarantee! It's important to check your shipping address before checking out fully.

What is the expected TAT?

We do our best to ship out orders within 1-2 business days. Not including holidays. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee the delivery date once the package leaves warehouse. In your orders list you can keep an eye on your tracking.  

What can I do if the USPS has not delivered my order? 

Cowhide and Whiskey is not responsible for delays, holiday shipping, damages or packages which are lost or marked as delivered. Once an order leaves our possession, the USPS is responsible for its delivery. For your convenience, we issue a tracking number for every order. Feel free to track your order at www.usps.com and contact your local post office if there is a problem. 

RETURNS 

Something doesn't fit? You love one color over another? Let us help you the easiest way possible! Follow these few steps below to head you into the direction of getting store credit! 

  • Items can be returned for online account credit only.

  • Returned items must be postmarked within 7 days from original order date. 

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and customer is responsible for the shipment back on exchanges. 

  • All items must be in the condition in which they were shipped, which means items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Anything that appears worn, have stains or smells of smoke, perfume, deodorant, pet odors, pet hair, etc will not be accepted.  

  • If you received a wrong item or an item with a defect, please take photos and email customer service prior to shipping it back to us at Cowhideandwhiskeyllc@gmail.com with in 2 DAYS of delivery.

  • If you send back an item which is not eligible for a return, after being told so we will donate it and you will not get store credit owed  

  • Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it's received. You will be notified when the amount for store credit has hit your account  

Which items are NOT eligible for return? 

  • Final Sale, Grab Bags or Deal of the Day 

  • Items on sale or with a coupon code 

  • Personal items such as jewelry, undergarments, hair accessories, pop sockets etc. 

  • Damage caused by improper care/washing or incorrect sizing 

  • Any item which does not meet the return policy qualifications via email

Do you offer exchanges or replacements? 

Because our inventory sells out so fast, we are not able to offer exchanges or guarantee replacements. IF available it can be exchanged upon approval.
