SHIPPING 

Due to having multiple selections at both locations, your item(s) may need transport from one store location to the other to complete your full order, please understand your order can take up to 2-3 business days to fulfill! If you select the wrong pick-up location, we are not eligible to change it, please send us an email and we will get a shipping label made for you, and an invoice sent for shipping costs. 

Can I cancel an order once I paid?

No, once paid all orders are processed. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can send it back with in 10 business days for store credit. Items MUST be received within 10 business days to get the refund, NO EXCUSES. Track your package to stay on top of its delivery as we don't know when you're sending things back. You may also send us the tracking when you get it, for extra protection.
 

Can I change the shipping address on my order? 

Once an order is placed it cannot be changed by the customer. If needed for emergency change email Cowhideandwhiskeyllc@gmail.com and we'll do our best to correct it, but there isn't a guarantee! It's important to check your shipping address before checking out fully.

What is the expected TAT?

We do our best to ship out orders within 1-2 business days. Not including holidays. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee the delivery date once the package leaves warehouse. In your orders list you can keep an eye on your tracking.  

What can I do if the USPS has not delivered my order? 

Cowhide and Whiskey is not responsible for delays, holiday shipping, damages or packages which are lost or marked as delivered. Once an order leaves our possession, the USPS is responsible for its delivery. For your convenience, we issue a tracking number for every order. Feel free to track your order at www.usps.com and contact your local post office if there is a problem.
